介绍国内外冷冻饮品标准体系建设情况,通过对我国近3年标准的变更探讨及国内外标准的对比分析,找出我国标准体系和国外的差异及原因,对研究目前国内冷冻饮品的生产现状和标准制修订具有一定的意义。

Frozen drinks standards system construction at home and abroad were introduced. Throughdiscussing of the frozen drinks standard changes in our country nearly three years, and comparison with foreign,this paper finds out the difference between them. It had great significance to study the present situation ofdomestic production and revised standard system of the frozen drinks.
