都市休闲农业高质量发展实现路径与前景展望

Ways to Achieve High-quality Development of Urban Leisure Agriculture and Its Prospect

中国休闲农业已经从萌芽起步和数量型快速发展阶段转向追求高品质的质量型发展阶段,都市休闲农业应该发挥优势在休闲农业提升发展中起到引领示范作用。着眼于统筹城乡和区域可持续发展目标,从宏观层面和经营层面分析了都市休闲农业发展存在的主要问题,从研究政策机制、城市发展、居民需求、资源特点、地域文化、基础条件等方面阐述了都市休闲农业发展的基本思路,从抓规划布局、重点片区、精品线路、示范园区、职业人才、基础设施等方面提出了加快都市休闲农业发展的实现路径。最后,阐述了都市休闲农业高质量发展的美好前景。

Leisure agriculture in China has shifted from the stage of germination and rapid development of the quantity type to the development stage of quality type of seeking high-quality, and urban leisure agriculture should give full play to its advantages and play a leading role in promoting the development of leisure agriculture. Focusing on the goal of co-ordinate urban and rural areas and regional sustainable development, the author analyzed the main problems in the development of urban leisure agriculture from the macro and operational level, and elaborated the basic ideas of urban leisure agriculture development from perspectives such as researching policy mechanism, urban development, resident demand, resource characteristic, regional culture,basic condition and so on, and pointed out the way to accelerate the development of urban leisure agriculture from perspectives of grasping planning layout, key area, fine line, demonstration park, professional talents,infrastructure construction and others. Finally, this paper expounded the bright prospect of high-quality development of urban leisure agriculture.
