综合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者精神抑郁和血白蛋白及血肌酐水平的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Depression,Serum Albumin and Serum Creatinine in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨综合护理干预对维持性血液透析患者精神抑郁、血白蛋白及血肌酐水平的影响。方法对2016年1~11月在我院行维持性血液透析并发精神抑郁的36例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各18例,治疗组在行常规透析的同时进行综合护理干预,对照组只行常规透析;分别于干预前后对两组患者采用Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行抑郁评分、采集患者血样检验血白蛋白(ALB)及血肌酐(Scr),观察干预效果。结果综合护理干预后治疗组SDS评分值降低,血白蛋白及血肌酐水平上升,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能改善患者精神抑郁,并能提高患者ALB及Scr,值得在维持性血液透析患者伴精神抑郁的人群中推广,以提高患者治疗效果及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on depression, serum albumin and serum creatinine in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method 36 patients maintained hemodialysis with depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group from January 2016 to November 2016 in our hospital, each group of 18 cases. Both groups were given conventional dialysis, and control group were accepted comprehensive nursing. To observe the effect of intervention, two groups of pa-tients with Zung （self rating depression scale SDS） depression score, serum albumin （ALB） and serum creati-nine （Scr） were compared. Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, the SDS score of the treatment group was decreased, and the level of serum albumin and serum creatinine increased. Compared with the control group, the difference of SDS score, ALB and Scr were statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Com-prehensive nursing intervention can improve depression, and increas ALB and Scr. To improve the therapeutic effect and life quality of patient maintained hemodialysis with depression, comprehensive nursing intervention should be carried out as well as in conventional therapy.
