宁夏兽药信息化监管技术研究

Research on the Technology of Informationized Supervision over Veterinary Drugs in Ningxia

针对现阶段宁夏兽药管理存在兽药流通信息不清、基层监管力量不足、兽药检测覆盖面小、兽药残留检测针对性不强等问题,经综合分析认为,当前兽药监管工作的主要矛盾是兽药日益增长的监管需求与当前监管人员力量和监管技术不协调不平衡。以问题为导向,研究了信息化监管的关键技术,创建了兽药生产、经营、使用、检测、监管等环节互联互通的信息化监管模式,为破解基层兽药监管瓶颈提供技术支持。

At present,there are some problems existing in the veterinary drug supervision in Ningxia,which include the unclear information for veterinary drugs distribution,the slack supervision at grassroots level,the narrow coverage of veterinary drugs being tested as well as the poor targeted drug residue detection. According to the comprehensive analysis,it was believed that the main contradiction in the current veterinary drug supervision was the gap between the ever-growing needs for veterinary drug supervision and the unbalanced and inadequate supervisory forces and technologies. Aiming at the mentioned problems,the key technology for informationized supervision was studied and researched,the supervision model for interconnecting the links of veterinary drug production,management,usage,detection and supervision was created,and the bottleneck of grassroots veterinary drug supervision was alleviated.
