摘要
对于制造业服务化的内涵需要强调产品的基础性、价值的创新性和二元的统一性,制造业服务化的活动边界可以从产品、业务单元和企业三个层面进行理解。制造业服务化的实现主要依靠价值共创,而在价值共创的视角下制造业服务化存在产品延伸服务化、产品增强服务化、核心技术服务化及业务单元服务化四种主要模式,实施制造业服务化要具备产品优势、顾客基础资源、变革管理能力、信息化网络、大数据能力等关键支撑条件。
For explaining the connotation of service in manufacturing servitization,it is necessary to emphasize the basic of product,the innovation of value and the unity both of them. The boundary of manufacturing servitization can be understood from three aspects:product,business unit and enterprise. The realization of manufacturing servitization mainly depends on value co-creation. In the perspective of the value co-creation,the manufacturing service has four main modes: product extension service,product enhancement service,core technology service and service unit service. To implement the service of manufacturing servitization,the key supporting conditions are needed such as product advantages,customer base resources,change management capabilities,information networks and big data capabilities.
