摘要
本文将可穿戴设备领域上市公司作为研究对象,基于专利情报分析视角,采用专利计量、社会网络分析、专利地图等信息可视化技术方法,从专利申请数量、专利被引频次、专利技术范围、专利布局等方面挖掘可穿戴设备领域上市公司技术竞争力态势、技术集群分布,评估上市公司竞争优势以及领域内各上市公司技术发展联系。研究结果表明:IBM、微软和谷歌实力雄厚,拥有较多高质量专利;从专利数量来看,三星、苹果在可穿戴设备领域拥有专利最多,但缺乏高价值专利且专利技术范围较窄。研究发现企业技术竞争力提升需要依靠高质量、高价值和高影响力专利。
The paper studied the global market of wearable equipment and technology competitiveness of listed companies. It took listed companies in wearable devices as research subject and used patent information visualization methods. It explored overall technology competitions situation and the clustering distribution of cluster. And then the paper evaluated the listed companies' competitive advantage and relationship of technology development among the listed companies. The results show that IBM,Microsoft and Google have more patents with high quality; Samsung and Apple in the field of wearable devices have most patents,but lack of high value and narrow scope of patent technology. Technology competitiveness of enterprises relies on patent with high quality,high value and high impact.
