Studies on spillway for flood discharge in Pishihang Irrigation District

根据淠河总干渠防洪现状,分析淠史杭灌区泄洪通道存在的问题及其对淠河总干渠防汛安全的影响,建议以全面推行河长制为契机,推进淠史杭灌区总干渠及下游泄洪通道治理,改善行洪不畅状况,保障灌区工程和区域防洪安全,稳定灌区效益常发挥,促进区域经济社会可持续发展。

According to evaluation of flood control operation of Pihe Main Canal, an analysis has been conducted on the issues of flood discharge in Pishihang Irrigation District and its impact on flood control security of Pihe Main Canal. It is suggested to take the opportunity of full implementation of river chief system, improve flood discharge condition of main canals of Pishihang Irrigation District and downstream, so as to safeguard irrigation systems and regional safety, stabilize benefit generation of the districts and sustainable development of regional economy and society.
