超前帷幕灌浆技术在隧洞岩溶突水处理中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 岩溶突水及其股状压力涌水是隧洞(隧道)工程开挖掘进施工的难点。引洮供水一期工程总干渠3~#隧洞进口工作面洞段穿越向斜构造灰岩侵入体时发生岩溶突水,掌子面及洞周产生股状压力大涌水,常规排水方式不能解决问题,为此确定采用超前预埋花管帷幕灌浆法堵水方案。该施工方案及其工艺堵水效果显著,保证了隧洞正常开挖掘进施工,为类似地下工程岩溶突水及其股状压力涌水封堵处理提供了借鉴。 Karst water bursting and strand pressure water outburst may result in difficulties for excavation of tunnels. During the construction of section at working face of No.3 tunnel import of the main canal of Phase-I Water Diversion from Tao River, karst water bursting and strand pressure water outburst happened at tunnel face and surrounding areas when it went through the syncline structure limestone and invaded water bodies. Since the conventional drainage methods could not solve the problem, advanced embedded pipe curtain grouting method was adopted in order to block the water. This approach and technique successfully blocked water and ensured the normal excavation of the tunnel. The practice accumulates valuable experiences for dealing with similar situation during tunnel excavation.
