摘要
为厘清公司员工绩效评估指标间复杂的因果关系,避免简单加权求和的局限,有效评估员工绩效,通过文献分析,确定了公司员工绩效评估指标体系,并采用网络分析法,分析各层指标间的内在联系,应用灰关联分析降低专家问卷结果的主观性,获取评估对象绩效。构建了以工作态度、工作能力和工作业绩为维度,包含12项评估指标的公司员工绩效评估指标模型。其中,责任感、计划与效率、工作进度3个指标占有较高的权重。厦门5家服务企业员工整体绩效评估的实证分析和灵敏度分析,验证了指标设计的合理性和模型的稳健性。
An index system of employee performance evaluation was established with streamlined relations between indicators to evaluate employee performance effectively rather than simple weighted summation.It uses Analytic Network Process(ANP)to clarify internal relations among indexes at different levels,Gray Relational Analysis to reduce the subjective assessment of questionnaires for real performance of the evaluees,and sensitivity analysis to ensure rational indexes and robust model and test.The model of the system consists of 12 evaluation indexes and three dimensions of attitude,ability and performance,with indexes of responsibility,planning and efficiency,and work progress carrying higher weights.An empirical analysis and a sensitivity analysis of the overall performance evaluation of five service enterprises in Xiamen has verified rationality of the index design and robustness of the model.
