Thoughts on Breaking the Homogenization of Higher Vocational Talents Training

当前,高职院校人才培养同质化现象日趋严重。由于学生基础的差异性、产业岗位的多元性和岗位技能的专一性,职业院校需要细分专业、定制课程、实行分类教学,打破人才同质化培养,以适应经济社会发展对不同层次、不同类型的技术技能人才要求。

Nowadays, the homogeneity of talents training is becoming a common phenomenon in higher vocational colleges. However, owing to the differences between the students＇ foundation, the pluralism of industrial posts and the specificity of job skills, subdivided specialties, customized courses and classified teaching should be carried out in vocational colleges to break homogenization in talents training. Only in this way can we meet the demands for the diversified and multilevel technical skilled talents with the development of economic society.
