全国职业技能大赛对高职学院“工匠精神”内涵建构的推动作用——由“倒逼”走向主动

The Promoting Effect of National Vocational Skills Competition on Connotation Construction of “Craftsmanship Spirit” in Higher Vocational Colleges——from “Reversed Transmission” to Initiative

以经济学中"倒逼机制"为理论支撑,分析全国职业技能大赛对职业院校产生的逆推变革效应,着重从全国职业院校技能大赛精神内涵的角度讨论"工匠精神"意识内涵的价值,指出全国职业院校技能大赛在信念价值、职业价值、社会价值等三方面对职业院校精神内涵建设产生的倒逼逆推作用。由"倒逼"到主动,引发高职院校"工匠精神"意识内涵从物质文化、行为文化、价值观文化、创新文化等方面进行的主动再建构,促使高职教育良性发展。

This paper analyzes the reversed innovative effect of national vocational skills competition on vocational colleges based on the theory of＂reversed mechanism＂in economics. The value of consciousness connotation of＂craftsmanship spirit＂is discussed from the angle of sprit connotation of the national vocational skills competition. It points out that the national vocational skills competition have reversed promoting effect on the construction of vocational colleges spiritual connotation in faith value, profession value, social value, and so on. Triggered by＂reversed transmission＂to initiative, the consciousness connotation of＂craftsmanship spirit＂in higher vocational colleges is actively reconstructed from the material culture, behavior culture, value culture and innovative culture, etc. to promote the benign development of higher vocational education.
