“一体两翼”视域下“四美”自动化人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Training Mode Reform of “Four Beautiful” Automation Talents under the Perspective of “One Body and Two Wings”

制造业的飞速发展带来自动化人才需求旺盛,技术的发展也给自动化人才提出新的要求。针对目前自动化人才培养中的不足,提出了"一体两翼"视域下"四美"电气自动化人才培养模式,以"人文素养+职业能力=可持续发展"为目标,在强化学生技能训练的同时,融入了人文素养教育,改革培养方案和课程体系,使自动化专业毕业生达到四美要求,符合社会对自动化人才的需求。

The rapid development of manufacturing industry has brought about the demand for automation talents, and the development of technology has also put new demands on automation talents. In view of the current shortage of automation talents training,this paper puts forward the training mode of ＂four beautiful＂ electrical automation talents under the perspective of ＂one body and two wings＂. Taking ＂humanistic quality plus professional ability is equal to sustainable development＂ as the goal, this model not only strengthens students＇ skills training, but also integrates humanistic quality education. The training programs and curriculum system are reformed to enable automation graduates to meet the requirements of four beautiful and be in line with the social demand for automation talents.
