摘要
目的探讨术前肿瘤标志物检测对肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)淋巴结转移的预测价值。方法选取2016年11月-2017年11月我院收治的ICC患者70例,术前检测肿瘤标志物,术后病理检查确定有无淋巴结转移。结果血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CA125、CA211、CA242阳性率分别为67.14%(47/70)、35.71%(25/70)、62.86%(44/70)、51.43%(36/70);无淋巴结转移患者与有淋巴结转移患者的血清肿瘤标志物水平对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前检测肿瘤标志物对ICC淋巴结转移具有较高的预测价值。
Objective To study predictive value of preoperative tumor markers in lymph node metastasis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma（ICC）. Methods The 70 cases of ICC in our hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected. Tumor markers were detected before operation, and lymph node metastasis was determined by postoperative pathological examination. Results The positive rates of serum tumor markers CA19-9, CA125, CA211 and CA242 were 67.14%（47/70）, 35.71%（25/70）, 62.86%（44/70）, and 51.43%（36/70）, respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in serum tumor markers between patients without lymph node metastasis and those with lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preoperative detection of tumor markers has a high predictive value for ICC lymph node metastasis.
