摘要 目的探讨不同类型贫血患者血液检验结果的特点。方法选取2016年4月-2017年12月我院收治的不同类型贫血患者252例作为观察组对象,回顾性分析患者临床资料。另选取同期来我院健康体检的正常人40例作为对照组,对健康人进行血液检查,比较两组对象血液检查结果。结果观察组MCH、MCV、MCHC等指标水平和对照组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组中缺铁性贫血患者与巨幼红细胞贫血患者MCHC、MCH、MCV水平均明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在对不同类型贫血患者的临床血液检测中,通过对患者血液的MCHC、MCH、MCV进行分析可以为不同贫血类型的患者诊断与鉴别提供相应的参考与帮助。 Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood test results in patients with different types of anemia. Methods The 252 patients with different types of anemia admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of the observation group, and the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. In addition, 40 normal people who came to health examination in our hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. The blood examination was carried out on the healthy people, and the results of the blood examination were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of MCH, MCV and MCHC in the observation group were not statistically significant compared with those in the control group(P〉0.05). In the observation group, the levels of MCHC, MCH and MCV in the patients with iron deficiency anemia and megaloblastic anemia were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the clinical blood test of different types of anemia patients, through analyzing the blood MCHC, MCH and MCV, we can provide corresponding reference and help for the diagnosis and identification of patients with different anemia types.
