血常规红细胞参数检验对地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血的鉴别诊断分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的应用血常规红细胞参数诊断缺铁性贫血与地中海贫血的临床效果以及价值。方法选取我院自2015年10月-2017年10月期间收治的54例贫血患者作为研究对象,按照平均分配的方法进行分组,每组患者例数为27例,将缺铁性贫血患者选为A组,将27例地中海贫血患者选为B组,另选同期27例无贫血症状患者作为C组。三组人员在相同条件下抽静脉血,进行血常规检测,比较三组患者RBC(红细胞计数)、Hb(血红蛋白)、MCV(红细胞平均体积)、RDW(红细胞分布宽度)、MCHC(平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度)、MCH(平均红细胞血红蛋白量)等指标。结果 A组和B组患者的RBC、Hb、MCV、MCH、MCHC、RDW与C组比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。A组与B组相比,RBC、Hb、MCV、RDW、MCHC有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 RBC、Hb、MCV、RDW、MCHC可以辅助诊断缺铁性贫血与地中海贫血,具有临床鉴别应用价值。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of diagnosis for thalassemia and iron deficiency anemia by erythrocyte blood routine examination. Methods The 54 cases of anemia treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research object and divided into groups according to the average distribution method. The number of patients in each group was 27 cases, the patients with iron deficiency anemia were selected as group A, 27 cases of thalassemia were selected as group B, and 27 cases of non anemia patients were selected as group for the same period as group. Three groups of patients were given venous blood under the same conditions, and blood routine tests were performed. The indexes of RBC, Hb, MCV, RDW, MCHC and MCH were compared between the three groups. Results The RBC, Hb, MCV, MCH, MCHC and RDW in group A and group B were significantly different from those in group C(P〈0.05). There was significant difference in RBC, Hb, MCV, RDW and MCHC between group A and group B(P〈0.05). Conclusion RBC, Hb, MCV, RDW and MCHC can assist in the diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and thalassemia.
