Status Quo and Development Ideas of China's Layer Industry

近年来,中国蛋鸡产业发展较快,但也面临着诸多挑战,尤其是产能过剩和疫病对产业发展影响较大。阐述了中国蛋鸡产业发展历程,分析蛋鸡生产情况,同时介绍美国、加拿大、日本、欧盟等蛋鸡产业发展的先进做法。最后,借鉴美国、加拿大、日本、欧盟等蛋鸡产业发展经验,基于中国国情提出了中国蛋鸡产业的发展思路。

In recent years, China’s layer industry has developed rapidly, but it is also facing many challenges, in particular, overcapacity and epidemics have a greater impact on industrial development. The authors elaborated the development process of China’s layer industry, analyzed the situation of layer production,and introduced the advanced practices in the development process of layer industry in the United States, Canada,Japan and the European Union. Finally, drawing on the experience of the development of layer industry in the United States, Canada, Japan and the European Union, based on China’s national conditions, the authors put forward the development ideas of China’s layer industry.
