河南省农产品加工产业集聚程度分析及发展思路 被引量:1

Agglomeration Degree of Agricultural Products Processing Industry in Henan Province and Its Development Ideas

摘要 农产品加工产业集聚程度是衡量农产品加工水平的重要标志之一。选取河南省14个农产品加工产业为研究对象,计算其2006—2015年的区位熵,并运用区位熵理论对其集聚程度进行分析。研究结果表明,河南省的速冻食品、小麦粉、方便面、味精和肉制品加工产业集聚程度较高,在全国处于领先地位;酒类、乳制品、酱油、饲料和卷烟加工产业具有潜在优势;棉布、糖果、罐头和茶叶加工产业处于劣势。 The agglomeration degree of agricultural products processing industry is one of the most important indicators to measure the processing level of agricultural products. In this paper, fourteen kinds of agricultural products processing industries in Henan province were selected as the research object, the location quotient of research object from 2006 to 2015 was calculated, and the agglomeration degree of research object was analyzed by using the theory of location quotient. The results showed that the processing industries of quick frozen food, wheat flour, instant noodles, monosodium glutamate and meat products in Henan had a high agglomeration degree and were in the leading position in China, and the processing industries of wine, dairy products, soy sauce, feed and cigarette had potential advantages, but the processing industries of cotton, candy,canned and tea were at a disadvantage.
