摘要
在李克农的领导、督促下,八路军桂林办事处十分重视开展各种学习活动,既勤于学习业务,也经常学习政治和时事政策,并寓教于乐,使工作人员在轻松愉快的氛围中提高了素养。桂林"八办"的生活氛围紧张而高效、平等而活泼自由,使"八办"成为一个有强大战斗力的革命集体。八路军桂林办事处的机关生活尤其是学习活动对当代基础教育的健康发展具有启示意义:第一,要重视人才培养,把人才看成事业成功的保障;第二,要重视思想政治教育;第三,要寓教于乐;第四,要培养学生艰苦奋斗的精神;第五,学校要营造团结、活泼、和谐的工作环境和学习环境。
Great enlightenment has been given on the contemporary elementary schooling by the significant life of the liaison office of the Eighth Route Army in Kweilin in the period of Anti-Japanese War. The life there, especially the learning activities, has made it clear that sound development of the contemporary elementary schooling should be relied on the following aspects：（1） talents cultivation;（2） ideological education;（3） exhibiting instruction in amusement;（4） fostering students＇ zeal for hard work;（5） creating a suitable working and learning environment characterized by solidarity, liveliness and harmony
