Research on Key Professional Competencies of Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Professional Development

职业素养是职业成长的重要基础,它的培养在高职院校一直备受重视。但由于对职业素养特别是对职业素养中的核心素养的认识差异较大,因此,探讨职业核心素养及其结构体系的基本内涵,对深入认识高职生职业核心素养的体系结构、有针对性地开展高职生职业核心素养的相关工作均具有现实的理论意义和实践意义。

On account of its fundamental role in professional development, the cultivation of professional competency has long been valued in higher vocational colleges. The investigation into the connotations of the key professional competencies and their structure will shed light on the exact structure of students＇ key professional competencies and the relevant tasks to cultivate their key professional competencies.
