《十可虑奏》是清朝地方大员、浙江巡抚刘韵珂在鸦片战争失败前夕上的一份奏折,于公可谓对朝廷披肝沥胆,于私是他对原来主"剿"转而主"和"的辩解。《十可虑奏》有明显的局限性,但是它是整个战争期间少有的能面对现实条分缕析的文件,从中也能读出清朝地方官员的御敌意识和水平,对研究鸦片战争有较高的价值。
