摘要
运用问卷调查法,结合随机访谈和定向沟通,对我国HRBP模式的实施现状进行分析探讨。研究结果表明,我国HRBP模式实施中存在盲目跟风、HRBP与COE和SSC相分离、HRBP角色定位不清、缺乏合适的HRBP人员等问题,HRBP模式在不同规模企业中存在较大差距。针对以上问题,文章提出相关对策建议。
Using the questionnaire survey method, combined with random interview and directional communication,this essay analyzes the present situation of the implementation of HRBP model in China. The results show that there are some problems in the implementation of HRBP model in China,such as blindly following the pattern,separation of HRBP from COE and SSC,unclear HRBP role,lack of suitable HRBP personnel,and large gap in different scale enterprises. Finally,according to the research results,the relevant countermeasures are proposed.
