循证护理在急性心肌梗死后心律失常患者中的应用价值分析

Analysis of the application value of evidence-based nursing in patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction

目的:探讨出现心肌梗死后伴有心率失常的患者选择循证护理对其展开治疗后的应用价值。方法:本次研究共纳入病例80例(均为本院于2016年1月至2017年6月接诊病例)。按照奇数偶数的方式,奇数的40例行本院对此的常规护理(对照组),偶数的40例患者展开循证护理(观察组)。对治疗后的患者住院时间、病后复发率、住院费用、患者疾病了解情况进行对比分析。结果:患者的护理满意度上,观察组的97.50%(39/40)比对照组的80.00%(32/40)更显著(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间、疾病复发概率、住院费用均明显低于对照组,对疾病的了解情况高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)结论:针对急性心肌梗死后心率失常患者,进行循证护理后,患者的护理配合度更高,对自身疾病更加了解,患者的复发率更低,护理满意度更高,值得进一步推广。

Objective：To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing for patients with arrhythmia after myocardial infarction.Methods：80 cases were included in this study（all cases were received from January 2016 to June 2017）.According to the number of odd even numbers,the 40 cases of the odd number of patients in our hospital（the control group）and the even number of 40 patients have the evidence-based nursing（observation group）.The patient＇s hospital stay,postoperative recurrence rate,hospitalization expense,and patient＇s disease were compared and analyzed.Results：in the nursing satisfaction of patients,97.50%（39/40）of the observation group was more significant than 80.00%（32/40）in the control group（P〈0.05）.The length of hospital stay,disease recurrence probability of observing group,hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than the control group,the understanding of the disease is higher than that of control group,significant difference（P〈0.05）Conclusion：for arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction patients,after evidence-based nursing,patient＇s nursing cooperation degree is higher,for their disease is more understanding,in patients with recurrence rate is lower and higher nursing satisfaction,worthy of further promotion.
