经阴道超声检查在孕前女性健康体检的结果分析

Analysis of transvaginal ultrasound in pre-pregnancy physical examination results

目的:研究经阴道超声进行孕前健康体检的作用及效果。方法:选取1680例2016年1月至2017年12月在本所接受孕前检查的健康体检者,将其根据年龄分为<25岁组、25~30岁组、>30岁组,分析其经阴道超声检查的结果,从而了解各种疾病在各年龄组的检出数及检出率。结果:<25岁组阳性检出率为10.1%,25~30岁组阳性检出率为14.15%,>30岁组阳性检出率为20.63%。246例阳性病例中,62例为子宫肌瘤,60例为卵巢囊肿,8例为卵巢实性占位,22例为子宫畸形,56例为多囊卵巢,6例为子宫内膜息肉,2例为幼稚子宫,18例为盆腔积液,4例为早孕,8例为宫颈囊肿。结论:在进行妇科超声检查时应根据实际情况将阴道超声检查与传统腹部超声检查相结合,从而使诊断率得到提高。

Objective：Study on the effect of transvaginal ultrasound for Pre-pregnancy physical examination.Methods：1680 cases in 2016 January to 2017 December underwent Pre-pregnancy physical examination of healthy people in our hospital,according to the age is less than 25 years old group,25~30 years old group,above 30 years old group,the analysis of transvaginal ultrasound examination results,to understand the various kinds of diseases in the detection and the number of different age the detection rate of group.Results：Less than 25 years old group,the positive rate was 10.10%,25-30 years old group,the positive rate was 14.15%,more than 30 years old group,the positive rate was 20.63%.246 positive cases,62 cases of uterine leiomyoma,60 cases of ovarian cyst,8 cases of appendix cystic masses,22 cases of congenital uterine cavity effusion,56 cases of polycystic oocysts,6 cases of endometrial polyps,2 cases of infantile uterus,18 cases of pelvic effusion,4 cases of early pregnancy,8 cases were cervical cyst.Conclusion：In gynecological ultrasound should be according to the actual situation of transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound examination combined with traditional thinking,so as to improve diagnosis rate.
