个性化护理对妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者心理及心血管应激、手术疼痛的影响

Effect of individualized nursing on psychological and cardiovascular stress and surgical pain in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

目的:探讨个性化护理对妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者心理及心血管应激、手术疼痛的影响。方法:选取2016年8月至2017年8月本院收治的400例腹腔镜全子宫切除患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各200例,对照组行腹腔镜手术常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理基础上行个性化护理,分别对两组患者护理满意度和患者心理及心血管应激、手术疼痛进行比较分析。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度为95.00%(190/200)明显高于对照组患者的满意度85.00%(170/200),两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心理健康指数和血浆内皮素水平明显比对照组高,疼痛指数明显比对照组低,两组数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理对妇科腹腔镜手术患者的应用效果确切,且能明显提升患者的心理和对心血管的应激水平并减轻手术疼痛。

Objective：To explore the effect of individualized nursing on psychological and cardiovascular stress and surgical pain in patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods：A total of 400 patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 200 in each group.The control group received routine laparoscopic surgery.In the observation group,individualized nursing was performed on the basis of conventional nursing in the control group.The satisfaction,the psychological and cardiovascular stress and surgical pain of the two groups of patients was compared.Results：Satisfaction of patients in observation group was 95%（190/200）,significantly higher than the 85%（170/200）,in the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;psychological health index and plasma endothelin levels of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the pain index was significantly lower than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Conclusion：Individualized nursing is effective in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery,and it can significantly improve the psychological and cardiovascular stress level and relieve surgical pain.
