微信群在护理教学中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨微信群在基础护理学中的应用。方法:以在本校某专科同级两个班甲班和乙班共186名学生作为研究对象,甲班92名学生,乙班94名,甲班按照传统教学方法进行,乙班在甲班教学基础上进行微信群的教学方法。结果:甲班的小测验成绩(75.15±10.63)分、满意度(80.92±6.28)、自我能动性(62.34±9.15)均显著低于乙班的(89.23±9.32)分(91.02±5.34)、(82.56±10.09)(P<0.05)。结论:微信群可以提高学生在基础护理教学中的应用,提高学生的自我学习能力。 Objective:To explore the application of WeChat in basic nursing.Methods:In the school of a college level two class class A and B class of 186 students as the research object,a class of 92 students,94 second class,a class according to the traditional teaching methods,teaching methods in the teaching of WeChat group based on the class a class B.Results:A class of small test scores(75.15±10.63),satisfaction(80.92±6.28),self initiative(62.34±9.15)was significantly lower than that of the second class(89.23±9.32)(91.02±5.34)(82.56±10.09)(P〈0.05).Conclusion:WeChat group can improve the students' application in basic nursing teaching and improve their self study ability.
