Chinese Interpretation of Legitimacy Logic:Political and Academic Perspectives

改革开放以来,"合法性"逐渐成为国内政治与学术领域关注度很高的议题。中国共产党的历任领导人虽然很少主动对接学术意义上的"合法性"话语,但合法性问题从未逸出执政党的视野,在其重要论述中以党建、科学社会主义等主流政治话语的形式呈现出来。当前中国的合法性机制呈现出以意识形态为主,以政绩、法理为辅的复合型结构特征。执政党与学术界关于绩效合法性的共识度较高,而对意识形态合法性、法理型合法性的功能定位以及合法性机制的序列关系存在一些认知分歧。在各类合法性机制的表象之下,马克思主义执政党始终遵循的是以先进性和纯洁性获致合法性的独到逻辑。

Since the reform and opening up,＂legitimacy＂has gradually become a topic of high concern in the political and academic fields in China.Although the successive leaders of the Chinese Communist Party rarely take the initiative to meet the＂legitimate＂discourse in the academic sense,it appears in the form of mainstream political discourse such as party building and scientific socialism.At present,the legitimacy mechanism in China shows the compound structure characterized by ideology and supplemented by achievements and jurisprudence.There is some cognitive disagreement between the ruling party and academia on the legitimacy of performance,while there is some cognitive disagreement on the relationship between function and system of legal legality.Under the appearance of various types of legitimacy mechanisms,the Marxist ruling party has always followed the unique logic of advanced and purified legitimacy.
