社会工作价值与伦理是社会工作专业的灵魂,社会工作也被称为是一个注满价值的专业。社会工作专业伦理在中国的本土化建构面临着嵌入性困境,既要回应本土文化伦理的挑战,又要适应国家的官方政治伦理。在社会工作专业伦理实践中宗教伦理与政治伦理差异明显。从马克思伦理思想中汲取平等观、人权观和人性观,注重把以人为本、助人与自助、公正与平等、和谐包容与发展作为目标选择,可为建构中国社会工作专业伦理提供有利契机和实现对接转换。

Ethics is the soul of social work.Social work is also known as a profession filled with value.While the professional ethics localization construction of social work in China is faced with a dilemma of being embedded to respond to the local culture ethical challenges and to adapt to the country＇s official political ethics.The difference between religious ethics and political ethics is obvious in the practice of social work ethics.By examining the equality,human rights and human nature view from Marxist ethics,social work should pay attention to the people-oriented concept to help others and self-help,to choose the theory of justice,equality,harmony,tolerance and development as the target aim,and provide favorable opportunity to implement the construction of professional ethics of social work in China.
