摘要
串并联离心泵的水力性能的提高及减振降噪一直是重要的研究方向,泵中的水力部件叶片作为给流体输送能量实现能量转化的动力部件对其性能起到决定性作用。设计了扭曲叶片和分流式叶片与原先使用的原型叶片进行比较,通过数值模拟研究不同叶片形式对串并联离心泵水力性能及压力脉动特性的影响,发现不同叶片形式对串并联泵水力特性、压力脉动影响明显。扭曲叶片内部流场均匀稳定,扬程、效率高,水力特性优于其他两种形式,分流式叶片的压力脉动峰值数量更少、波动幅度更低,对流场振动特性改善明显。
The improvement of hydraulic performance and vibration reduction of the series parallel centrifugal pumps have been an important research orientation. Impellers are used to transport the energy to the fluid and realize the energy conversion. This hydraulic component plays a decisive role in the performance of the pump. In this paper,twisted impellers and split impellers are designed and compared with the original impeller. The influence of different impeller forms on hydraulic performance and pressure pulsation characteristics of series parallel centrifugal pumps is studied by the numerical simulation. It is found that different impeller forms have obvious influence on hydraulic characteristics and pressure pulsation of series parallel pumps. The internal flow field of the twisted impeller is uniform and stable,the hydraulic characteristics are better than the other two forms. The number of pressure fluctuation peak of the split impeller is less and the fluctuation range is lower,the vibration characteristics of the convection field are improved obviously.
