摘要
目的:探讨细胞锚蛋白(ankyrin 1,ANK1)和角蛋白(keratin 8,KRT8)在冠心病患者血浆中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集2014年6月至2015年12月我院收治的139例冠心病患者为病例组,按照临床资料将其分为稳定型心绞痛组(38例)、不稳定型心绞痛组(45例)和心肌梗死组(56例),根据Gensini评分标准将冠心病患者分为轻度狭窄组(29例)、中度狭窄组(72例)和重度狭窄组(38例);并于同期随机选取80例健康体检者为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定病例组和对照组血浆ANK1和KRT8水平。结果:病例组不同组别患者血浆ANK1和KRT8水平均高于对照组,其中稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛组和心肌梗死组患者血浆ANK1和KRT8水平依次增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组不同冠脉狭窄组患者的血浆ANK1和KRT8水平均明显高于对照组,轻度狭窄组、中度狭窄组、重度狭窄组患者血浆ANK1和KRT8水平依次增大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血浆ANK1、KRT8水平与Gensini评分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:ANK1和KRT8在冠心病患者血浆中明显升高,并且冠状动脉病变越严重,两种蛋白的表达水平越高。
Objective: To explore the expression and clinical significance of ankyrin 1 (ANK1) and keratin 8 (KRTS) in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: 139 patients with coronary heart disease as case group in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were collected, which were divided into stable angina pectoris group (n=38), unstable angina peetoris group (n=45) and myocardial infarction group (n=56) according to the clinical data, and which were divided into mild stenosis group (n=29) , moderate stenosis group (n=72) and severe stenosis group (n=38) according to the the Gensini score.At the same time, 80 healthy volunteers as control group were radomly collected. The plasma ANK1 and KRT8 levels of case group and control group were detected by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The levels of plasma ANK1 and KRT8 in patients in different groups were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of plasma ANK1 and KRT8 in stable angina pectoris, unstable angina peetoris group and myocardial infarction group increased in turn, with significant differences (P〈0.05). The plasma levels of ANK1 and KRT8 in patients with coronary artery stenosis were higher than those in control group. The levels of plasma ANK1 and KRT8 in mild stenosis group, moderate stenosis group and severe stenosis group were significantly higher than those in control group P 〈0.05). Plasma ANK1, KRT8 levels and Gensini score was positively correlated (P〈0.05). Conclusion: ANK1 and KRT8 levels are significantly increase in patients with coronary heart disease, and the ANK1 and KRT8 levels will be more higher as the coronary artery disease are more serious.
