基于因子分析的内部控制课程可雇佣性教学探索

摘要 企业出于自身完善和发展的需求,对内部控制岗位员工的专业知识和职业技能要求逐渐提高。因此高校教学需要根据社会需求发展持续改进,使学生在毕业前具有较强的竞争力。文章从可雇佣性视角出发,采用因子分析方法,建立课程评价模型,为高校优化内部控制课程设置、教师合理安排课程内容和教学方法、学生就业准备提供参考。
