摘要
文中描述了252 kV三相盆式绝缘子破坏水压试验的情况,为明确三相盆式绝缘子破坏水压不能满足标准要求的原因,首先对252 kV三相盆式绝缘子进行了建模、仿真与分析,明确了三相盆式绝缘子相间盆式结构交汇处应力集中是破坏水压偏低的原因。随后对模型进行了改进,将应力集中由‘Y’型分布转化为‘△’型分布,显著降低了最大应力值,显著改善了盆式绝缘子的耐压状态。最后讨论给出了252 kV三相盆式绝缘子在强度设计过程中应结合仿真计算进行机械强度设计的基本思想。文中的工作为三相盆式绝缘子的设计提供了一定的参考。
The destructive hydrostatic test of 252 kV three-phase basin-type insulator is described in this paper.Inorder to clarify why the destructive hydrostatic test of three-phase basin-type insulator could not meet the standardrequirements,investigations are carried out in this paper.Firstly,the three-phase basin-type insulator is modeled,simulated and analyzed.It is specified that the stress concentration at the intersection of three-phase basin-typeinsulators causes lower pressure during destructive hydrostatic test.Secondly,the structure of the insulator isoptimized and its ability of resisting compression is improved remarkably by changing the stress concentration from‘Y'type distribution to‘△'type distribution.Finally,some basic ideas for mechanical strength in optimizationdesign are proposed,which are that simulations should be taken into account during the mechanical strength designfor 252 kV three-phase basin-type insulator.Therefore,the work in this paper can provide useful references for thedesign of three-phase basin-type insulators.
