摘要 以江苏40所本科高校为研究对象,基于高校科技创新能力动态发展视角,利用熵权-DEMATEL主客观方法对高校的科技创新能力进行评价,结果发现:创新潜力是驱动江苏高校科技创新能力发展的主要因素;创新活力不足是制约江苏高校创新实力发展的关键环节;高校创新潜力、创新活力、创新能力发展不均衡是导致江苏高校科技创新能力较低的主要原因。 Based on the dynamic development of scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities, this paper used the subjective and objective method of entropy weight-DEMATEL to evaluate the scientific and technological innovation ability of colleges and universities.The results showed that innovation potential was the main factor driving the development of scientific and technological innovation ability of universities in Jiangsn. Innovation vitality was the key link to restrict the development of innovation strength of university in Jiangsu. The unbalanced development among the innovation potential, innovation vitality and innovation strength was the main reason leading to the low ability of scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities in Jiangsu.
