摘要
以技术创新和人力资本为研究视角,选取中国2005—2015年31个省份的面板数据,运用空间杜宾模型(SDM)深入探讨其对我国产业发展的影响。研究结果表明:我国省级间产业发展在空间分布上存在显著的正向空间自相关性;相邻地区技术创新水平的提高对本地区产业发展有促进作用;临近区域人力资本水平的提升仅能促进本地区第二产业的发展,对第一、三产业的发展并不存在空间溢出效应;相邻地区的技术的吸收能力对本地区第一、二、三产业负向的空间溢出效应均会阻碍产业的发展。
This paper takes technological innovation and human capital as the research perspective, selecting the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2005-2015 years, utilizing the spatial SDM model to explore its impact on China's industrial development. The research shows that there is a significant positive spatial auto-correlation in the spatial distribution of provincial industrial development in China. The improvement of technological innovation level in adjacent areas can promote the local region industrial development. However, the promotion of human capital in the neighborhood can only promote the development of the secondary industry among the region, and there is no spatial spiUover effect on the development of the primary and tertiary industry; The adjacent areas' absorption capacity of technology has a negative spillover effect on the primary, secondary and tertiary industry, and it will hinder the development of the industry.
