摘要
选取13个沿海开放城市作为研究对象,运用DEA-BCC模型和Malmquist指数分解方法对其2007—2016年的绿色增长效率进行测度研究。结果表明,沿海城市绿色增长效率仍存在提升空间,经济发展规模、能源消耗水平及技术进步对绿色增长效率存在影响。据此提出在各城市经济发展过程中应考虑地区差异,调整能源消耗结构,促进技术进步,减少环境污染,以政策辅助提高沿海城市绿色增长效率。
With the rapid economic development of coastal cities, the problems of environmental pollution and waste of resources have become more and more serious. This paper selects 13 coastal open cities as the research objects, using DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index decomposition method to calculate the green growth efficiency of 2007- 2016. The results show that coastal cities are still likely to improve their efficiency. The scale of economic development, energy consumption level and technological progress affect green growth efficiency. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward that we should take into account the regional differences, adjust the structure of energy consumption, promote technological progress and reduce environmental pollution.
