用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病的可行性及有效性研究

Effectivity and feasibility of combination of interferon and Yanhuning for hand-foot-mouth disease

目的 :研究用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病的可行性及有效性。方法 :将近年来新泰市第二人民医院儿内科收治的110例手足口病患儿按随机数表法分为对照组和联合治疗组(55例/组)。在两组患儿住院期间,单用干扰素对对照组患儿进行治疗,用干扰素联合炎琥宁对联合治疗组患儿进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患儿口腔疱疹消失的时间及退热的时间,同时比较接受治疗前后其C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白G及乳酸脱氢酶的水平。结果 :经治疗,联合治疗组患儿治疗的总有效率高于对照组患儿,其口腔疱疹消失的时间和退热的时间均短于对照组患儿,P<0.05。接受治疗后联合治疗组患儿乳酸脱氢酶及C反应蛋白的水平均低于对照组患儿,其免疫球蛋白G的水平高于对照组患儿,P<0.05。结论 :用干扰素联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病可降低患儿机体中炎症细胞因子的水平,改善其机体的免疫力,缩短其症状消退的时间。

Objective： To study effectivity and feasibility of combination of interferon and Yanhuning for hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： According random number table divide 110 cases of patients with hand-foot-mouth disease to control group and combination group（55 cases each group）. During hospitalization, only apply interferon for treatment to control group, apply interferon and Yanhuning for treatment to experimental group. After treatment, compare disappearance time of herpes mouth and time of fever relieving, and compare levels of c-reactive protein, Immunoglobulin G and lactic dehydrogenase of 2 groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment, disappearance time of herpes mouth and time of fever relieving of combination group are shorter than that in control group, P〈0.05 After treatment, lactic dehydrogenase and levels of c-reactive protein of combination group are lower than that in control group, level of immunoglobulin G of combination group is higher than that in control group,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Apply interferon and Yanhuning for treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease will decrease inflammatory cytokines, improve Immunity and shorten symptom disappearance time of patients,
