摘要
目的 :探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断甲状腺疾病中的应用价值。方法 :将2015年6月至2016年6月期间在四川省遂宁大英县中医医院接受治疗的120例甲状腺疾病患者作为研究对象。对这120例患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查和细针穿刺细胞学检查。将细针穿刺细胞学检查的结果作为对患者病情最终诊断的结果,然后比较这120例患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查的准确率。结果 :使用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断甲状腺结节的准确率为100%,诊断弥漫性甲状腺肿的准确率为96.6%,诊断甲状腺腺瘤的准确率为100%,诊断甲状腺癌的准确率为100%。可见,用彩色多普勒超声检查与用细针穿刺细胞学检查诊断甲状腺疾病的结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :使用彩色多普勒超声检查对甲状腺疾病进行诊断具有较高的准确率。
Objective： To explore application value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases. Methods： 120 cases of thyroid diseases admitted by Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Daying County during June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects. Color Doppler ultrasonography and Thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology was performed on patients. The results of Thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology was regarded as final reference, compare the accuracy of the results of color Doppler ultrasonography of the 120 patients. Results： The diagnosis accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography is 100%, the accuracy for diffuse goiter is 96.6%,for thyroid adenoma is 100%, for thyroid carcinoma is 100%.There was no statistical significant difference of the diagnosis accuracies of Thyroid fine needle aspiration cytology and Color Doppler ultrasonography（P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The accuracy of Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of thyroid diseases is high.
