微血管减压术治疗典型及非典型三叉神经痛的效果对比

Comparison of effects of microvacular decompression for typical trigeminal neuralgia and atypical trigeminal neuralgia

目的 :探讨用微血管减压术治疗典型三叉神经痛及非典型三叉神经痛的临床效果。方法 :选取在2015年10月至2016年3月期间乐山市人民医院收治的100例患有典型及非典型三叉神经痛的患者作为研究对象。将患有典型三叉神经痛的68例患者设为典型组,将患有非典型三叉神经痛的32例患者设为非典型组。为这两组患者均采用微血管减压术进行治疗。手术结束后,比较两组患者的治疗效果及其三叉神经根得到减压的程度。结果:典型组患者疼痛的缓解率和治疗的总有效率均明显高于非典型组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。接受治疗后,在典型组患者中,三叉神经根得到充分减压患者的占比明显高于非典型组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用微血管减压术治疗典型三叉神经痛的效果明显优于用此手术治疗非典型三叉神经痛的效果。因此,临床上可将微血管减压术作为治疗典型三叉神经痛的首选方式。

Objective： To compare effects of microvacular decompression for typical trigeminal neuralgia and atypical trigeminal neuralgia. Methods： Select 100 cases of patients with typical trigeminal neuralgia or atypical trigeminal neuralgia treated in People＇s Hospital of Leshan City during October 2015 to March 2016 for research object. Set 68 cases of typical trigeminal neuralgia for typical group, set 32 cases of atypical trigeminal neuralgia for atypical group. Treat 2 groups with microvacular decompression.After operation, compare efficacies and degree of extent of decompression of nerve root of 2 groups. Results： Total effective rate and of trigeminal neuralgia improvement rate of typical group is significantly higher than that in atypical group（P〈 0.05）. After treatment, in typical group, the ratio of extent of decompression of nerve root is higher than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of microvacular decompression for treatment of typical trigeminal neuralgia is better than that for atypical trigeminal neuralgia. Then microvacular decompression can be select for preferred approach for typical trigeminal.
