对行手术治疗的混合痔患者实施优质护理的效果探析

Effect of high quality for the patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids accepted operation

目的 :探究对进行手术治疗的混合痔患者实施优质护理的效果。方法 :对近年来在三台县中医院进行手术治疗的90例混合痔患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。将这90例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对对照组患者进行常规护理,对观察组患者进行优质护理,然后比较两组患者术前15 min的SAS评分、术后72 h的VAS评分及其术后并发症的发生率。结果 :术前15 min,观察组患者的SAS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。术后72 h,观察组患者的VAS评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症的发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论 :对进行手术治疗的混合痔患者实施优质护理的效果显著,能有效地改善其术前的焦虑情绪,减轻其术后的疼痛感,降低其术后并发症的发生率。

To explore the effect of high quality for the patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids accepted operation. Methods ：Retrospectively research the clinical material of 90 cases of patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids accepted operation treated in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Santai County in recently years.Divide the cases to experimental group and control group. Treat control group with routine nursing, treat experimental group with high quality nursing, then compare SAS scores in preoperative 15 min and VAS score in postoperative 72 h, and incidence of complications. Results ： In preoperative 15 min, SAS scores of experimental group is lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）. Incidence of complications is is lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The effect of high quality for the patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids accepted operation is significant, it will improve anxiety and alleviate pain, decrease incidence of complications.
