摘要
在高速铁路建设中,以桥代路的比例逐渐增加,为节约运输费用,在现场修建制存梁场预制所需的箱梁。以往大多采用传统计算法确定拟建的制存梁台座数,但存在在计划施工期内制梁供应与架梁不均衡的情况。为此,此文根据施工计划和运距等,提出了一种优化计算法来确定拟建的制存梁台座数。经工程实例验证比较符合工程实际,同时也可节约部分投资。
The proportion of bridge projects in the high- speed railway construction is increasing. In order to save transportation cost, the box girder precast and storage site is built at the construction site. In the past, the entablement number is mostly calculated by the traditional calculation method, but there is a situation of unbalanced box girder supply and erection during the planned construction period. Therefore, an opti- mized algorithm is proposed to determine the entablement number according to the construction plan and transportation distance. It is verified by engineering examples that the calculation results are in line with engineering, practice and can save some investment.
