摘要
关注学生的学习过程以及评价学生的发展,是当今探讨大学生学习与发展的热点。本文以"中国大学生学习与发展追踪研究(CCSS)"的问卷数据为基础,针对地方工科院校抽样学生的学习过程展开分析,并将其与地方高校常模、211高校常模和985高校常模进行得分对比,分析相互间在学习特征方面的异同,诊断学生在学习投入、学习策略等学习过程方面的不足之处,为高校改进教育教学和管理,提高人才培养质量提供实证数据支持。研究表明,高校应该加强对学生在学业方面的支持,增强学生对专业的兴趣度及学习动力,关注不同学科的学生特点,加强弱势学科建设。
Paying close attention to students' learning process and evaluating the development of students are hot topics in today's College Students' learning and development. Based on the questionnaire data of "CCSS",this paper analyzes the learning process of sampling students in a local engineering university,and compares them with 211 universities and 985 universities to analyze the similarities and differences of learning characteristics between each other and diagnose the students,in order to improve the teaching and management of education,learning strategy. The research shows that the university should strengthen the support of students in the academic field,enhance their interest and motivation to the specialty,pay attention to the characteristics of the students in different disciplines,and strengthen the construction of the disadvantaged subjects.
