基于SCL新型断路器在线监控系统

摘要 智能变电站已经成为坚强智能电网中实现能源转化和控制的核心平台之一,随着新技术、新工艺在电力设备制造业中的广泛应用,电力设备的质量和性能已经大大提高,设备在设计使用年限内可达到免维护水平,因此电力系统从传统的定期检修逐渐向状态检修转变。介绍了一种利用西门子编程软件TIA和WINCC上位机在线控制软件,采用SCL(结构化文本)高级语言编程,并结合西门子可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),实时采集控制终端需要的基本数据,从而可以预判故障发生,WINCC具有强大的数据存储功能,可以实现数据云及本地储存,云大数据平台可以对设备在线监测和运维检修起到一定参考作用。 Implementation in intelligent substation has become a strong smart grid core platform of energy conversion and control, with the new technology is widely used in electric power equipment manufacturing, power equipment quality and performance has been g reatly improved, the equipment within the design service life can be free maintenance level, thus power system gradually from the traditional preventive maintenance to the state overhaul. This paper introduces that with Siemens TIA, WINCC PC online control software and SCL (structured text) programming as high-level language, combining with Siemens programmable logic controller (PLC), basic data get from the real time control terminal can predicting failure, WINCC has powerful data storage function and can realize data cloud and local storage, then big data cloud platform can monitoring on-line and operational maintenance of equipment play a reference role.
