摘要
联合国教科文组织提出2030年实现教育可持续发展的目标,到那个时候学习者将主动策划自己的学习过程和方式以及选择自己的学习之旅,因此,必须重新思考各个层面的领导才能。数字技术使当今这个充满活力的世界互联互通,我们必须变革领导风格和领导重点才能培养学习者为这个世界做好准备。各级领导者可以通过自上而下和自下而上的透明方式鼓励可持续的开放教育计划和活动,为这种变革做好准备。他们可以激励学生并使他们成为终身学习者,为营造开放氛围铺路。领导者和管理者能够促成数字转型对本机构所带来的文化变革。培养质量文化至关重要,而且文化变革必须符合各方的利益诉求。但是,这种变革必须得到领导者的赋权和鼓励,因此,我们需要有知识、有能力、有才干和有个性的人才领导这个过程,分析和评估数字工作环境。
The rethinking of leadership at all levels is required to reach the UNESCO's sustainable development goals for education in 2030 when learners will take the lead in orchestrating the process and manner of their own learning and in choosing their personal learning journeys. The style and focus of leadership must change in order to prepare learners for a dynamic world that is connected by digital technology. To prepare for this change, leaders at all levels can foster sustainable open education initiatives and activities through both top-down and bottom-up transparent approaches. They can pave the way for creating openness by inspiring and empowering people to be lifelong learners. Leaders and managers can enable the cultural change brought by digital transformation within their organizations. The cultivation of the culture of quality is critical, and it must be in everyone's interest; however, it must be empowered and encouraged by leaders. Hence, there is a need for people who have the knowledge, abilities, competences, and attitude to lead this process and to analyze and evaluate digital work environments.
