轨道客车噪声国内外标准对比研究

A Comparative Study on the Standards of the Noise of the Railway Passenger Cars in China and Abroad

为提高轨道客车的运行舒适性和环境友好性,轨道客车车内外的噪声指标应该有相关的技术要求,ISO、UIC、JIS等国际、国外标准以及国内标准对噪声指标要求不尽相同。本文就ISO、UIC、JIS等国际、国外标准和我国相关标准进行了介绍和对比分析,对部分条款提出了修改建议。

In order to make the railway passenger cars more comfortable and environment-friendly,the related technical requirements of the noise indicators inside and outside the railway passenger cars should be stipulated.As the noise indicators are somewhat different in the international and foreign standards such as ISO,UIC and JIS and Chinese standards,this paper introduces and makes a comparative analysis on these related standards in China and abroad and puts forward modification suggestions on some clauses.
