基于业务流程绩效的业务影响计算方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 业务影响分析决定了业务连续性计划应针对的业务恢复级别,但当前业务影响计算存在着对业务流程认识不足、缺乏系统性的影响计算模型等问题,本文对此提出基于业务流程绩效的业务影响计算方法,细分流程类型,将流程绩效指标作为影响分析的依据,并建立单节点和多节点流程的影响计算模型。 The business impact analysis determined business recovery level that the business continuity plan should be aimed at. But there are several problems in the current business impact analysis, such as insufficient understanding of business processes, lack of systemic influence calculation model and so on. So this paper puts forward business impact calculation method based on business process performance, such as segmentation process type, putting process performance indicators as the basis of the impact analysis, establishing the impact calculation model of single and multi-node processes and so on.
