电视节目的卫星传输是安全播出的重中之重,根据广电总局62号令及其实施细则的要求,为确保卫星广播电视安全优质播出,卫星地球站新近架设了上行网管监控系统,实现了对卫星上行设备及辅助设备的实时报警、监控、值班管理及数据查询等功能。

Satellite transmission of TV programs is the most important part of sale broadcasting. In accordance with the requirements of issue No.62 by SAPPRFT and its detailed rules, to ensure sale, high-quality satellite broadcasting, an uplink satellite network monitoring system has been set up. The system realized the functions of real-time alarm, monitoring, duty management and data inquiry for the satellite uplink equipment and auxiliary equipment.
