红枣色素缓解小鼠疲劳作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研究红枣色素缓解小鼠疲劳作用的效果,将小鼠随机分为空白对照组(0.9%生理盐水)、红枣色素低、中、高剂量[400、800、1600 mg/(kg·d)]组,连续灌胃21 d,分别测定小鼠力竭游泳时间,血糖、血乳酸、血清尿素氮、肝糖原和丙二醛含量,过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性,考察红枣色素缓解疲劳的作用。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,红枣色素中高剂量组能显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间(p<0.01),增加运动后血糖、肝糖原含量(p<0.05),显著降低运动后血乳酸、丙二醛含量(p<0.01);不同剂量组红枣色素均能显著降低小鼠运动后血清尿素氮含量(p<0.01),显著增加超氧化物歧化酶活性(p<0.01);红枣色素高剂量组可显著增加过氧化氢酶活性(p<0.01)。表明红枣色素具有较好的缓解小鼠疲劳作用。 Mice were randomly divided into control group(0.9% saline),low,middle and high dose group of jujube pigment [400,800 and 1600 mg/(kg· d)],and were given by gavage for continuously 21 days. The exhaustion of swimming time,the contents of blood sugar,blood lactate,serum urea nitrogen,hepatic glycogen and malondialdehyde,the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase in mice were tested. The effects of jujube pigment on reducing fatigue was Investigated. The results showed that compared with the blank control group,the middle and high dose of jujube pigment could significantly prolong the forced-swimming time(p〈0.01)and increase blood sugar and hepatic glycogen(p〈0.05);jujube pigment could significantly reduce blood lactate and malondialdehyde after exercise(p〈0.01). The jujube pigment in different dosage groups could significantly reduce the contents of serum urea nitrogen(p〈0.01)and increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(p〈0.01);high-dose jujube pigment could significantly increase catalase activity(p〈0.01). It indicates that the jujube pigment has a good effect on reducing fatigue of mice.
