红外分光光度法测定西甲硅油中聚二甲基硅氧烷的含量

Study on the determination of simethicone by infrared spectrophotometry

实验建立了红外分光光度法测定西甲硅油中聚二甲基硅氧烷的含量。测定条件为波数1261 cm^(-1),溴化钾吸收池厚度0.5 mm。在该条件下聚二甲基硅氧烷的线性范围为3.01~45.21 mg·mL^(-1),平均加样回收率103.1%,相对偏差1.76%。该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,适合西甲硅油中聚二甲基硅氧烷的含量测定。

An infrared spectrophotometry（IR）method for determination of polydimethylsiloxane（PDMS）in simethicone was developed. The absorbance wavelength is 1261 cm^（-1） and the absorption cell thickness is 0.5 mm. In this spectrum condition,the linear range of PDMS was 3.01-45.21 mg · mL^（-1）,and the average recovery rate was 103.1%,and RSD was 1.76%.The method was simple,accurate,sensitive,specific,and is suitable for PDMS detecting in Simethicone.
