摘要
燃气热水器恒温性能是用户关注的焦点,各燃气热水器生产企业围绕恒温的研究提出多种解决方案,但是不能从根本上解决出热水等待时间长、出水温度忽冷忽热、二次开水不出夹生水等行业难题。针对如上问题,本文提出一种改变燃气热水器的管路设计和软件控制的研究方法。该方法首先在热交换器的主管路和旁通管路上增加水量伺服器,燃烧过程中根据需求热量自动调水;其次利用软件精准调节冷热水的混合比例;最后设计自动抗风控制方案,使控制燃烧过程的空燃比在设定范围内。通过上述方法,可实现开机后出水温度稳定时间不大于8s,出热水温度变化控制在±1℃。
The constant temperature performance of gas water heater is the focus of the user's attention, gas water heater manufacturers put forward a variety of solutions around the research of constant temperature. But can't fundamentally solve the problem of long waiting time for hot water, and the problem that the outlet water temperature is sometimes cold and sometimes very hot, can't solve the problem of the second time you turn on the faucet and will not flow out of cold water. In view of the above problems, this paper proposes a research method to change the design of pipelines and software control of gas water heaters. Firstly, the method adds a water server to the main line and the bypass line of the heat exchanger that automatically adjusts the water according to the required heat during the combustion process. Secondly, the mixture ratio of cold and hot water is accurately adjusted by software. Finally, software control scheme is designed reasonably to control the air-fuel ratio of the combustion process within the setting range. By the above methods, the temperature stability time of the effluent is not more than 8 s when the gas water heater is opened, achieve the effect of the hot water temperature changing in ±1℃.
