经济要素流动视角下高铁效应研究述评

A Review of the Research on the High-Speed Rail Effect from the Perspective of Economic Factor Mobility

高铁的运行能够加强高铁沿线城市的联系,促进城市间经济要素的流动,推动城市内部经济要素的位移,对区域和城市的经济发展有着明显的影响。高铁在促进区域经济发展的同时也加剧了地区间的不平衡发展,刺激设站城市的产业结构调整,进而改变其城市空间结构。文章从经济要素流动的视角对国内外高铁效应相关研究进行梳理,在此基础上提出了我国高铁效应研究存在的问题与不足。

The operation of high-speed rail can strengthen the connection of cities along the rail, promote the mobility of economic factors between cities, contribute to the displacement of the economic elements of the city, and have an obvious impact on the economic development of the region and the city. While promoting the development of regional economy, the high-speed rail also aggravates the unbalanced development between regions, stimulates the adjustment of the industrial structure of the station city, and then changes its urban spatial structure. From the perspective of economic factor mobility, this paper analyses the related research on the high-speed rail effect, and on this basis puts forward the problems and shortcomings in the study of the high-speed rail effect in China.
