文章以重庆市三峡广场商圈附近居住区"住改商"现象为对象,通过实证调研,访谈与问卷结合的形式,找出"住改商"空间结构的特点,归类"住改商"对居住环境的不利影响。呼吁城市相关部门重视房屋功能的合理性及适宜性,提出打造"商住和谐"城市的建议。
